UCAS visit days

UCAS Visit Days are aimed at students who have applied to study at The University of Nottingham, and are usually holding an offer*. These events are held between November and April, and they provide you with an opportunity to find out more about the degree programme you are applying for.
UCAS Visit Days are organised by academic Schools and usually include:
- an opportunity to meet academic staff and current students on your chosen course
- information on the academic School for which you have applied
- a tour of the campus, with an opportunity to view a hall of residence
- talks and advice on finance and accommodation at the University.
Choosing the right university is a big decision and there are lots of things to think about. The Applicants’ Guide will take you through important considerations like accommodation, finance and academic support. It also provides further information on UCAS Visit Days and top tips for interviews. You can download a copy here.

We look forward to welcoming you to the University.
*Please note: some academic Schools do not make offers until after candidates have visited, as they place a lot of emphasis on meeting with candidates individually.
